Duplex flat for rent in Bow Quarter

We’re looking for someone to rent our flat on a 12 month tenancy as we’re moving on to purchase a property elsewhere.

1 bedroom duplex apartment £1950 a month + bills (electricity, wifi and council tax) Lexington Building - 4th floor Furnished (furniture can be removed if necessary) Two double built in wardrobes

The development itself is gated and has a Morrisons local on site as well as a cafe, book swap, gym and swimming pool including sauna and jacuzzi (6 month access I think was £60). The concierge is 24 hours and will take in all parcels for you. The whole place is really beautiful.

Water bills are included and there is no service charge.

We never switched the heating on the whole time we were here and depending on whether you leave the hot water on all the time the electricity bill ranges from £42-83 a month.

We’re looking to move out first week or so of June and you’d be signing a 12 month lease with our landlord. He’s very relaxed and quite available. He owns a few flats in the building and used to live here so knows how everything is.

Move in date is flexible.
