📍 E3 4QY 🚇 Mile End Station 💷 £945 📅 October 1st - November 15th

Hey! I'm looking to sublet my room while I'm away from the October 2nd to November 14th. The house is located right by Mile End Station (lovely if you ask me with access to Central, District and Hammersmith lines) and a 7 minute walk to Victoria Park. This is a student neighbourhood with student accommodations all around (QMUL is here) and so its very safe and a lot of places to eat are open until late.

You will be living with 4 lovely flatmates, all in their mid-twenties. More specifically they are: 3 girls (a Canadian bartender with a MSc in Creative Writing, an American physiologist that teaches swimming on the side and our latest addition, a Spanish/Pakistani girl doing online sales), and 1 guy (an Italian finance bro but a good person haha). The house is quite friendly, we enjoy catching up and maybe going out together some weekends.

The house includes two bathrooms (you will be sharing one with the guy and one of the girls), a very nice garden, living room area, washing machine and dishwasher.
