Description

Looking for female flatmate for double room in 3-bed flat | £1,100 + bills | Aldgate East (E1) | Available Nov

Hi girls! I’m moving out of the flat and looking for a new girl to take over my . The room is available from 10 November.

𝘉𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘤𝘴 Rent is £1,100/month + ~£80 bills, so around £1,180 total per month. The room comes furnished with a bed + mattress, bedside table, cupboard, and a wardrobe.

The location is honestly perfect, with Tower Bridge to the south and Brick Lane to the north. Nearby stations: Aldgate East (8 min), Aldgate (10 min), Tower Hill (10 min), Shadwell (12 min). For groceries, there is a Tesco Express and Sainsbury’s Local within a 5 min walk, as well as a larger Waitrose and Sainsbury’s further away.

𝘞𝘩𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶’𝘭𝘭 𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 You’ll be sharing the flat with two other girls. Celine (23, German/Dutch) is a digital film student and professional dancer. She’s often out and about, but loves to cook and have a cozy home. Kacey (29, Canadian) is a graphic designer currently studying motion design. She loves live music and a pint, but also enjoys being cozy and hanging out at home.

We’re looking for a student in her mid twenties who is clean and chill, and would like to keep the flat tidy and homey. You need to have an UK guarantor to pass referencing. If you are a working professional but think you'd be a good fit, then don't hesitate to drop a message! The only thing to take into account is that rent including bills will come to around £1,300 per month due to council tax.

If this sounds like it could be your new home, send me a message with some details about yourself!!
