Looking for someone to take my cozy double room in SW16. Available mid-March (assuming you pass the credit and reference check with the landlord). Rent is £925 p/m + bills. Deposit £1,067.
It is a top floor flat on a quiet residential street, located just a 10 min walk away from Streatham Hill station, or 15 min bus ride to Brixton.
There is a large common area and kitchen (which you don't see too often in London!) with a TV and sofa. Lots of natural light and very spacious!
You’ll be living with Sandy, who’s 29 and has a cat — so you must like cats! She’s vegetarian, so fellow veggies preferred but not required! She is a nanny but is currently looking for a job so she’s home often.
If you need a bed, desk, chair, drawers, etc., I can sell you my furniture — including bedsheets, blanket, etc. I’ll also be leaving plates, cutlery, and a few other things.
The lease is until October 2024, with the option to extend or potentially leave a few months early. Please get in touch if you’d like to view the room.
