Lovely Brixton home

I am looking for a new housemate to join my lovely Brixton home, as my friend is moving out. Move in date January 6th. Rent is £1,200/month (deposit £1,200) plus bills.

The flat is on the ground floor, but is accessible only by large steps to the front of the house. It is a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom flat. 5 minutes to tube station.

The available room comes with a large double bed, two built in wardrobes, and a desk with chair. We also have a private rear garden and options for parking.

I'm looking for someone considerate, kind, tidy and sociable; who will enjoy living in a calm and cosy shared home, rather than just a place to sleep or party.
