I’m moving out in a few weeks, so I’m on the hunt for someone to take over my lease in our 2-bed flat in Tooting Bec/Streatham. It’s just the two of us here, and I’ve lived here for over a year!

The room is £925 per month (excluding bills), and it works out at around £1150 including bills. We rent through Foxtons, so they’ll need to run the usual credit checks before contracts are signed, and they’re looking for someone earning £38,000+.

📍 The area is great — we’ve got Aldi, Tesco and M&S Food nearby. 💪 There are gyms and a leisure centre close by. 🍔☕️🍰 Loads of lovely places to eat and grab coffee, and we’re only a 10 minute bus from Balham.
