Room to rent in North London

Hello,

I will be leaving my room in a lovely apartment in North London at the beginning of July.

The room is located on the upper level, with the bathroom next to it.

There is already one open clothes rack, and I am happy to sell the bed and bedside table (which I bought from the previous flatmate) as well as a desk, chair and mirror.

The area is really nice, with easy access to the Northern line (Archway and Highgate stations) and walking distance to Hampstead Heath.

The other flatmate, Clare, is 32 years old and works in the media. She notably enjoys playing football and going to the cinema.

We are looking for someone clean and respectful.

Bills are approx. 200pm
