We have the top level of our house to rent long term from April 1st, or the weekend before if easier.

I'm renting out 3 rooms - so it feels more like your own house - and it's either for one person, two peoplr or for one couple.

You'll have:

Room 1. A large bay window bedroom at the front.

Room 2. A medium size living room next to it. This makes a great 2nd bedroom too.

Room 3. A medium room with a bay window, we have turned it in to a kitchenette/ study or living room

These are all first floor.

Terry is the live-in landlord, he has a living area downstairs. He will be away most weekends. He's easy going, loves music, is in a band; works for a charity in central London.

There is a large kitchen downstairs and a small courtyard garden.

The bathroom, kitchen, and garden are the shared areas- but the upstairs rooms are yours to use as you please.

We don't mind friends or family visiting. It would be your space.

We are happy to move, remove or add furniture if you have your own or need a specific item. ( within reason 😁)

We are a short walk from Turnpike Lane tube and there are lots of other bus and transport routes around.

There are 2 large parks just one road away that have lots of volunteer groups, 2 cafes/a community hub and a community garden. It's a quiet and quite mixed, friendly neighbourhood.

Rent is £1,500 inclusive of bills- and it's a licence agreement (lodger) rather than a tenancy. The deposit is £250.

If two bedrooms are needed; Room 1 is £850pcm inc bills. Room 2 is £750pcm in bills

This has been my home for 35+yrs and we want you to have a good, warm & spacious home too.
