I’m looking for someone to replace me on a joint tenancy in Barons Court from around 20 July 2026, subject to landlord referencing. This is a long-term tenancy replacement rather than a summer sublet.
The flat is exceptionally well connected, being less than a minute’s walk from Barons Court station (District and Piccadilly lines), a 7-minute walk from West Kensington station, and an 11-minute walk from Hammersmith station. It is also around a 15-minute cycle to Imperial’s South Kensington campus and a 10-minute walk to Imperial’s Charing Cross Library.
The rent is £855 per month. The property is in Council Tax Band D. Hot water is included, while electricity, internet and other bills are separate.
The flat is currently shared with two other male tenants. There is a kitchen and bathroom, a washing machine/dryer, a shared fridge-freezer, and an additional spare room that is currently used for storage, drying clothes and occasional guests.
The available room will come unfurnished.
The replacement tenant will need to pass the landlord’s referencing process before being added to the tenancy agreement.
