Hey everyone! 👋🏻 I’m looking for someone to take over the massive master bedroom in a great Highbury flat from around the second week of September.

You’d be living with Scott, 34M, Australian, who’s been living in London for about a year and a half. He works full-time and is a pretty easy-going, social guy who enjoys basketball 🏀, hiking, pub trips, board games, walks, beers and generally making the most of London.

🛏️ THE ROOM

Honestly, the room is huge by London standards. It currently has a king-size bed, double wardrobe and loads of space for your own furniture — there’s easily room for a chest of drawers, desk, bedside tables etc. without feeling cramped.

🚿 YOUR OWN BATHROOM

You’ll also have your own bathroom directly off the bedroom, essentially functioning as an en-suite, with a shower over bath + toilet.

🏠 THE FLAT

Upstairs is your bedroom and bathroom, downstairs is a fully furnished shared living space with a kitchen, a seperate dining area and also a lounge room — a really nice space to hang out, cook, watch TV or have a few drinks. The second bedroom and bathroom are also located downstairs.

🐶 AND THERE’S A DOG!

You’ll also get a part-time flatmate in the form of Hurley, a very sweet 11-year-old German Shepherd x Maremma 🐕 . He’ll spend roughly half his time here and half his time with his other human, so you get all the dog cuddles without the full-time responsibility 🥰

📍 THE LOCATION

The location is honestly hard to beat:

• 3 mins to Drayton Park station

• 8 mins to Holloway Road (Piccadilly Line)

• 12 mins to Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line + Overground)

• 5–10 mins to Highbury Fields

• ~10 mins to Upper Street and all the restaurants, bars and pubs of Islington

• Loads of supermarkets, gyms, cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance

💷 £1,350/month + approx. £150 bills

Bills include council tax + internet.

We’re looking for someone who’s clean, considerate and friendly, and ideally someone who’s up for a social flat rather than just using it as a place to sleep.
