I'm renting out my flat in Brockley from December (flexible on dates).
It's the top floor of a Victorian house, a 7 minute walk from Brockley station. Big, bright living room with a fireplace, separate kitchen with a washing machine and tumble dryer, a double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and a bathroom with a bath and shower. Fully furnished, quiet house and lovely neighbours, free parking on the street.
£1,950 a month includes wifi, water, gas and electricity and a cleaner twice a month. Council tax is extra and paid by the tenant as usual.
As per current laws, this will be a rolling tenancy with no minimum term, but as a heads up I'll probably want to move back in after about a year since I am leaving for a work requirement, so it's ideal if you're after a year or so term.
I'm the owner and I'll show you round myself. If you're interested, message me with a bit about yourself: what you do, who'd be living there and when you'd like to move in.
