The building is around a one-minute walk from Ilford station and the Elizabeth line, making it ideal for anyone commuting into central London.

You will also have exclusive use of a separate full bathroom with a bath and shower. The bathroom is not inside the bedroom, but it will be reserved for you and will not be used by us.

The apartment has a modern shared kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a balcony. It is clean, well maintained, and furnished to a high standard.

Excellent Elizabeth line connections:

These are direct journeys with no changes.

You would be sharing the apartment with us, a professional married couple, and our young baby.

A female lodger is preferred because this is our family home. We are looking for one respectful, clean, and considerate person who is comfortable living in a calm family setting.
