Sadly leaving London and looking for a someone to take over my room in December (flexible with dates). Current lease until 31st March with option to extend.

Newly renovated when we moved in - with new beds, fold out couch, furnishings and appliances (incl dishwasher!!) 10min walk to hackney downs and hackney central stations, plus plenty of bus routes. Perfect location to enjoy everything hackney has to offer - amazing pubs, restaurants, cafes, markets, parks, canals and just general good time vibes.

You’ll be sharing the flat with my amazing gal pal Georgia, 29 y/o Kiwi, full time sonographer. Looking for someone fun and social, enjoys a glass of wine or two.

Rent is £1000 p/m + bills (approx £130 p/m).

The room has plenty of storage and comes fully furnished. Whatever you don’t want I can sell / donate.
