Double bedroom w/ bathroom near Bermondsey Station from early May

Hello! I’m sadly moving out of this flat to move in with my partner in early May and am looking for someone else to move in. You’ll be living with 3 other 25-27 yr old gals (2 Canadians, 1 Kiwi) who are lovely and sociable. We like hanging out in the evenings, as well as exploring London on weekends.

The room has a double bed, desk and chair, chest of drawers, nightstand, as well has a clothing rail. You’ll also get the bottom floor bathroom to yourself. Rent is £1,200 and bills come out to about £75-80 a month.

You’ll be replacing me in the contract, which runs until late August, at which point you can choose whether to renew.

The flat is super close to Bermondsey station (less than 5 mins walk) and just under 15 mins walk to Rotherhithe, and you’ll be within walking distance to the Thames riverpath, which is great for evening walks or weekend runs.

There is also a Sainsbury’s local about a minute away, Tesco express about 10 mins walk away, as well as a big Tesco about 20 mins walk away.
