Hello! ☺️ I’m looking for a friendly, considerate flatmate to replace me in a beautiful two-bedroom flat close to Finchley Central. The flat is a 10-minute bus ride to Finchley Central or 20 minutes walk to Hendon station, with great transport links, local shops, and green spaces nearby.

I will be moving out in early July, and I'd like the new person to move in no later than 15th of July. You will be sharing the flat with a professional female in their late 30s.
