I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Viridian apartments (12 month lease) with option to extend.

You’ll be sharing with Euan who is a lovely flat mate 30 years old working as a lawyer 5 days a week in the office so if you WFH you’ll have the place to yourself other than his adorable cat cabbage!

You’ll have your own bathroom with bath and pay £1400 a month. Euan pays £1700 for the en-suite. Theres a lovely balcony with seating around the whole apartment and plenty of storage space and living space, bills unsure of yet I assume around 100-150.
