I am looking for someone to replace me starting 17th of Feb for this spacious double bedroom in this cute mezzanine house thats filled with daylight !

COMMUTE: 2mins walk to Rotherhithe station 7mins walk to Canada water station

ACCESS INFO: Lift : No Intercom : No Doorbell : Can be added , knocking the door has been working okay so far Second floor : mezzanine bedroom , bathroom 𓊍 stairs First floor : living room , kitchen , Roland’s bedroom 𓊍stairs Ground floor : entrance

Flat requires multiple flights of stairs to move around , not very disability friendly

BEDROOM/SPACE : One side of the bedroom is the fence where you will be looking down to the living room , you will have to be into an open space living ! Room has a built in wadrobe aside from the drawers and the flat has plenty of storage spaces.

You will be sharing the flat with just another tenant - Roland ( he/ him ) who’s super chilled and easy going ! Queer house in the making 🌈😆

The table in the living room is expandable, great for wfh !

TRANSFER OF CONTRACT : 17/2 to 12/3 will be sublet to me, in the meantime while the tenancy is being finalized. Landlord will be made aware of this ! Tenancy duration to be discussed with agency
